The bot automatically monitors group activity to maintain a safe, respectful, and organized environment for all members.

For the purpose of group security and rule enforcement, the bot may automatically record limited moderation data when a violation occurs.

In addition, whenever a member joins any Telegram channel or group managed by the bot, the bot automatically records the member's Name, Username (if available), and User ID for protection, security, and anti-abuse purposes.

To ensure security and improve our services, we automatically collect the following metadata during your visits:

• Visit Overview: Requested URLs, interaction context, and referring pages.
• Network & Location: IP address, country, city.
• Device & Browser: Device type, operating system, browser version & fingerprints browser.
• Session & Timing: Session IDs, authentication status, local time, and timezone.

• Secure VPS Hosting: We use secure VPS infrastructure outside Iraq to support stable, reliable, and protected service operation.
• Security Limitations: While we apply reasonable security measures, no hosting system, server, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure against cyberattacks or unauthorized access.
• Technical Logs: Server logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, error records, access activity, and security events required for monitoring, protection, and service integrity.
• Legal Protection: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for incidents caused by cyberattacks, third-party infrastructure failures, unauthorized access, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We respect your privacy within the help center and offer transparent control over your account:

• Data Collection: When creating a help center account, the bot collects your Name, Username (if available), Telegram ID, and Country to securely deliver services.
• Account Management: You have the freedom to delete your help center account at any time.
• Code Redemptions: You can quickly activate subscriptions, games, or external programs using secure activation codes.
• Rule Enforcement: Any violations within our Telegram groups or channels may lead to a temporary restriction or ban, governed by Telegram Terms of Service and Iraqi law.

To support clear communication and maintain reliable service records, conversations between the store and the customer inside the Telegram application may be recorded only after the customer receives the permission message, reviews the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and accepts before submitting or discussing a request.

• Consent-Based Recording: The customer is first prompted to review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Recording of the conversation will only commence after the customer has explicitly agreed.
• Service Quality: Records may be used to review service performance, improve response accuracy, verify request details, and enhance the customer experience.
• Request Verification: Conversation records may help confirm orders, subscriptions, support cases, complaints, delivery details, and any follow-up actions requested by the customer.
• Protected Access: Recorded conversations are handled responsibly and accessed only by authorized personnel for support, quality assurance, dispute resolution, and service protection purposes.

By using C4 BOT, participating in a group where the bot is active, or interacting with the bot in private chat to create a help center account, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this entire Privacy Policy and all terms outlined on this page.

You consent to the monitoring of messages in public groups by our automated moderation tools and understand that violations of group rules may result in restrictions or permanent bans. Furthermore, you consent to the collection and processing of your metadata as described herein, which is strictly necessary to secure your session, deliver requested services, and maintain network security.

We operate transparently. This policy is intended to comply fully with general digital conduct standards and applicable laws, including Iraqi cybercrime and data protection regulations.
